Despite vs In spite of
The English terms despite and in spite of are very similar in meaning
and usage; in spite of this, English speakers sometimes find them
confusing.

They're really not that complicated; once you understand their differences there
shouldn't be any more confusion.

Yes/No Questions -

Yes/no questions are asked using one of these verbs: be,
have,
do, or a modal verb.
They can be answered with a simple yes or no.
En anglais, les questions fermées sont posées avec un des verbes suivants: be, have, do, ou bien un verbe modal. On peut y répondre tout simplement avec yes (oui) ou bien no (non).
