Simple past of regular verbs

The simple past is used to describe an action that occurred and was completed in the past. For regular verbs, the simple past is formed by adding -ed to the base form of the verb (the infinitive without to).

Passé simple des verbes réguliers

Le passé simple anglais est théoriquement équivalent au passé simple français. En réalité, le passé simple anglais égale plutôt le passé composé.

El pasado simple de verbos regulares
