The question to ask is How's the weather? or What's the weather like? - they mean the same thing.

To answer, you will start with It is or It's, followed by any of these:

nice out (the weather is pleasant... sunny but not too hot)

bad weather (can mean rain, snow, storms - anything you don't like)

humid (there is a lot of moisture in the air, which makes hot weather seem even hotter)

foggy (there are "clouds" close to the ground)
